Having completed the Royal Machine Solutions (RMS) website, their team came to us looking for a unique presentation folder idea for their potential clients. The Smashing Pixels creative team put together a unique folder, with stark black and white images and foil embossed red text on the cover. The presentation speaks to RMS’s motto of A New Age of Millwrighting for a New Age of Industry.

The Royal Machine Solutions is growing fast due to their incredible work ethic. We helped them to continue to grow even faster by improving their online presence. We met with Royal Machine Solutions to learn more about their unique strengths and make a website that would make them stand out from their competitors. In our conversation with Royal Machine Solutions, we decided it would be great to showcase their machinery and skills on the website. We created a folder package that included inserts that showcased all the work they could deliver. In the folder package, we used a foil and emboss to make the cover pop. We worked closely with a print shop and an embossing company to make sure everything matched up perfectly. Precision is the most important skill in the mechanical industry. We made sure the website reflected the same precision they put in their work. The folder included a Tim Horton’s gift card on the inside of the package. We worked with the staff from Royal Machine Solutions to create content which highlighted their leadership in their field. The new website included images and videos which showcased services. We optimized the new content so that every page would show up at the top of Google search results.

Inside the RMS presentation folder are several elements. We came up with a way to create an exceptional experience for customers by adding a gift card for a free coffee. We suggested that RMS thank their potential clients by offering to buy them a coffee while they read the folder. A gift card provides a memorable experience for the recipient when the RMS team follows up. In addition to the letter, we included a folder with an information sheet detailing projects that Royal Machine Solutions has created, a rate sheet, and a pad of branded RMS grid paper the recipient can use.This unique marketing package has created great opportunities for Royal Machine Solutions. It helps introduce them to potential new clients in a positive, impactful manner.
