Paris Twisted Treats approached Smashing Pixels to revamp their outdated website and provide a more streamlined experience for their customers. Their site needed a more intuitive way to showcase their three businesses: Paris Twisted Treats, What’s The Scoop?, and the What’s The Scoop? Bus. Additionally, they required better navigation, an online ordering system, and improvements to their menu’s.

The project began with a consultation to assess their needs and gather the necessary details for their overhaul. The original site had all three businesses on one page making it confusing for visitors. The new website structure would be designed with a landing page featuring three distinct sections, allowing visitors to choose between Paris Twisted Treats, What’s The Scoop?, or the What’s The Scoop? Bus. This ensured a more user-friendly experience, making it easier for customers to find exactly what they were looking for.

Our team also addressed functional improvements by integrating a single online ordering form that streamlined the process, allowing customers to select menu items and complete their orders efficiently. The trailer rental form, now bus rental was redesigned with a slide-in form, improving the booking experience.

Throughout the development process, visual design was a key focus. We optimized the menu display with an accordion format, ensuring that only one section opens at a time, reducing clutter. The landing page was updated with customized logo versions to match the site’s colour scheme, and we improved image quality to maintain a professional aesthetic.

The revamped website now provides a seamless user experience with clear navigation, mobile-friendly design, and an improved ordering process. Customers can now easily select from the three business locations, place online orders with ease, and access event rental information effortlessly. Allowing more easy movement throughout the site allowing for easy movement between sections without frustration.
