We met with Tweetstock organizers to help them with their event marketing to launch their new event in Hamilton, Ontario. The organizers wanted a user-friendly website that would allow attendees to connect directly with the speakers. They also wanted the website to be easily accessible to process payments and collect attendee information.
We decided to make a one-page event site that showed the event information, schedules, and links to sponsors. The organizers wanted the look and feel of the event to be reflected through the printed materials, newsletters, and social media. The new website included a functionality integrated sponsor discounts for hotel bookings. The organizers wanted to create an early demand for the event, so we added an eCommerce function that offered multi-level ticket sales for advanced ticket purchasing. Lastly, we optimized every single page so that it would show up at the top of Google search results.
